2020年1月起全世界范围内爆发的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情导致几十万人失去生命,而丧亲会给人们带来不同程度的悲伤反应。近年来人们对悲伤,尤其是病理性悲伤的心理机制进行了越来越多的研究。文章简要回顾了对以复杂性哀伤为代表的病理性悲伤的研究进展,包括新的诊断标准和复杂哀伤治疗（complicated grief treatment,CGT）的基本应用,为我国复杂性哀伤的研究及相关治疗提供参考依据。
A novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak worldwide has killed hundreds of thousands of people since January 2020 and bereavement will bring different levels of grief reactions. In recent years, people have conducted an increasing number of studies especially on the psychological mechanism of pathological grief. This article briefly reviews the research progress of pathological grief represented by complicated grief, including new diagnostic criteria and the basic application of complicated grief treatment (CGT), which provides a reference for the research and related treatment of complicated grief in China.
