Abstract

The onset of adolescent depressive disorder is affected by both biological and psychosocial factors. Personality characteristics, family relationship, and hereditary factors should be taken into account in diagnosis. In treatment, psychological and drug interventions are needed to be used in combination as a comprehensive intervention. Family of origin plays an important role in the growth and development, personality development, and physical and mental health of adolescent patients. By observing the particularity of family structure and improving family function, we can eliminate the adverse factors that hinder the rehabilitation of patients. This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment of a case of the hospitalized patient with refractory depressive disorder so as to explore the therapeutic effect of the comprehensive treatment including pharmaceutical, physical and family psychotherapy for the patient.
